Engage in Self-Care


Got five minutes? Why not use it for a little self-care? Navigating a world that so frequently (and often harshly) judges the bodies of folks who identify as women and girls can be exhausting - plus it can take intentional time and effort to develop one’s own sense of body positivity - so consider setting aside five minutes to take care of yourself so that you can recharge and better prepare to take on the world. After all, as flight attendants so often remind us, we have to put on our own oxygen masks before we can help others with theirs.
