Amplify Immigrant Rights Organizations

Follow and share updates and social media posts from immigrant rights organizations to help amplify their message and spread the word on their services. This is also a great way to learn about opportunities to take action by participating in protest efforts, lobbying and outreach to legislators, and volunteer roles like serving as a translator. We’ve listed several organizations to follow here:

Also, while a lot is currently happening at the southern border of the U.S., detained immigrants of all ages are being sent all over the country, so don’t overlook the opportunity to support organizations in your local area. Chances are there is an organization near you who is actively seeking to provide support and legal services to these families. For example, if you live in the Pacific Northwest, you might follow Northwest Immigrant Rights Project to learn more about and share how they are providing legal services to immigrants, engaging in impact litigation, and delivering community education.
